Here’s what is included in the service:
- Refrigerant level check with an addition up to 1 pound of R410A
- Tests of voltages on outside unit and compressor amp draw
- Examination of electrical disconnect box connections
- Check of condenser fan motor amp draw
- Examination of contactor
- Examination of electrical connections and repairs if necessary
- Inspection of evaporator coil
- Condenser coil cleaning (if accessible using customer’s water hose bib)
- Brush/surface cleaning of evaporator coil (if accessible)
- Examination of blower wheel
- Thorough washing of air filter or replacement with filter supplied by the customer
- Testing floating switch operation (if applicable)
- Vacuuming of drain line
- Check of fan motor amp draw
- Examination of electrical connections and repair (if necessary)
- Testing of all cooling controls
- Inspection of capacitors
- Tests of thermostat operation with calibration, if needed
- Tests of humidistat operation (if applicable)
